There are so many people, so many agencies, you could hire. It would be ridiculous to pretend we are the only people on the planet capable of doing good work. (Though we do think our speed and quality is rather unique.) You may wonder what we are like.

Our best advice is to tell you that you are basically buying our opinions. To get a sense of things, you could read Arun’s website and writing. Or you could read the Quarter Mile blog. If you think our opinions are good, you’ll probably like working with us. And vice versa. If there is somebody else out there who you think has better opinions, by all means, go hire them.

Very few. You won’t be ‘juggled’.

We will get on a phone call with you and we’ll come with a bunch of questions. We will leave that call and get to work. Then we’ll present you with some options. You’ll have time to give feedback. We’ll present you more work. And then we’re done. Most communication after the first phone call is async (email), with some exceptions. We reply fast.
